See our media page to see how we have impacted society. The following are various workshops where JP Paulus, president of Do-Gooder consulting, has spoken at several events, achieved other accomplishments. Here are  just a few:

College Changes Everything conference – Workshop presentation

The CCE conference had a multitude of proposals, so they combined some of those proposals. This time JP Paulus was partnered with Elyse Danckers of Waukegan 2 College to present “It Takes a Village to Send a Child to College” on July 17, 2015. JP spearheaded the partnership with Ms Danckers (and another presenter who had to drop out at the last minute) and organized the presentation powerpoint. For his portion, JP used the “Reaching out to Religious Groups,” which was inspired by a conversation at that very conference years earlier.

Tutor Mentor conference – Workshop presentation

 Daniel Bassill of the Tutor Mentor Institute again asked for a presentation, this time for the 42nd conference. This time, JP Paulus presented a new workshop “Twists on Traditional Fundraising.” This presentation, which includes a special cell phone interactive exercise, is available for small and large groups.

Illinois College Access Network Conference – Workshop presentation

JP Paulus co-presented a workshop during the Illinois College Access Network conference in Chicago on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. He joined Rusty Wimberly of Severity Design to talk about “Social Media Basics”, helping college access professionals identify and access the best social media options for their situation.

Tutor Mentor conference – Workshop presentation

Based on the success of the Illinois CAN presentation, Daniel Bassill of the Tutor Mentor Institute invited JP Paulus and Jeremy Barahona of PURSUE Scholars to talk about “Developing Faith-Based College Access Partnerships”, based on our experience with churches, nonprofits and networking.

JP Paulus co-presented a workshop during the Illinois College Access Network conference in Chicago on Thursday, August 1, 2013. He joined Jeremy Barahona of PURSUE Scholars to talk about “Developing Faith-Based College Access Partnerships”, based on our experience with churches, nonprofits and networking.

JP was able to present on “4 Steps 2 College” in 2016.
